Our team is a centralized hub, providing researchers with comprehensive services through the entire lifecycle of sponsored programs. From identifying external funding opportunities and developing competitive proposals, to ensuring compliance with sponsor regulations and overseeing financial management, we’re here every step of the way.
We have the resources, expertise, and infrastructure in place to maximize funding opportunities, ensure project compliance, streamline administrative processes, and foster collaboration across disciplines.Ìý
What We Do
We support researchers with a side range of servicesÌýthroughout the project lifecycle:Ìý
Pre-Award Phase
- Proposal development:ÌýProviding guidance and support in crafting grant proposals, including budget preparation and compliance with sponsor guidelines.
- Institutional review and approval:ÌýFacilitating proposal review and approval process, ensuring institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical considerations are met.
- Proposal submission:ÌýEnsuring proposals are properly assembled and submitted within requirements and deadlines.
Award Phase/Grant Administration
- Award negotiation and acceptance:ÌýNegotiating and finalizing award terms and conditions, meeting all guidelines and protecting all interests.Ìý
- Subcontract administration:ÌýIssuing and managing contracts with collaborating institutions.
- Compliance monitoring:ÌýOngoing review to ensure compliance with sponsor regulations, institutional policies, and ethical guidelines.
- Progress reporting:ÌýHelping review and submit accurate and timely progress reports.

We collaborate withÌýresearch finance, research agreements, and the clinical trial business office,Ìýand act as a liaison with sponsors.
