Kellie Parker Olmstead, MBA, serves as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Transformation and Integration at ¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾«Æ· Children’s. In this role, she drives a culture of operational excellence by teaching, coaching, and exemplifying Continuous Improvement methodology, mindset, and management systems across the organization.</p>\r\n<p>Kellie has been instrumental in the evolution of the ¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾«Æ· Children’s Transformation Office, which encompasses Continuous Improvement; Project Management; Clinical Pathways; Strategy Deployment; System Initiative Management; and Strategic Measurement, Patient Access, and Virtual Health.</p>\r\n<p>Under her leadership, the Transformation Office is a vital systemwide resource, facilitating problem-solving, leading strategic portfolios and projects, and driving significant improvement outcomes in partnership with clinical and operational teams. Kellie partners with leaders across ¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾«Æ· to refine the strategy cycle and ensure that key initiatives align with the organization’s mission to create the healthiest generations of children.</p>\r\n<p>Before joining ¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾«Æ·, Kellie built a strong foundation in lean methodology through her work in manufacturing, including a formative trip to Japan to study the Toyota Production System.</p>\r\n<p>She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida.
