Meghan C. Livingston, JD is the Senior Vice President and Senior Deputy General Counsel at ¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾«Æ· Children’s. In her role, Meghan oversees legal matters affecting the organization, including corporate, regulatory, and transactional issues. She also leads the Office of Contract Administration.</p>\r\n<p>Before joining ¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾«Æ·, Meghan served as in-house counsel for Genesis Healthcare, a large post-acute care provider, and practiced at Stevens &amp; Lee, P.C., where she focused on healthcare transactions as well as fraud, abuse, and regulatory matters.</p>\r\n<p>Committed to advancing children’s health and community well-being, Meghan is a member of the American Health Law Association, a 2023 Leadership Delaware Fellow, and serves on the Advisory Board for Action for Delaware’s Children.</p>\r\n<p>Meghan earned her law degree from Penn State Law and graduated with honors with a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from University of Delaware.
