The ¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾«Æ· Children’s Hospital, Florida Cochlear Implant Team hosts an annual summer camp for children who use cochlear implants in the Central Florida area. This free-of-charge camp offers your child the opportunity to participate in a weeklong program with peers who share the experience of hearing loss and cochlear implantation. Your child will have the ability to make connections and develop friendships with other children who use cochlear implants to hear and listen, all while engaging in variety of exciting activities to promote their social skills. Campers will be shown that though they have listening differences, they are not alone and can achieve anything they set their minds to.
